THE BRAND

On the Border is a hot spot for fresh border-style food, tableside guacamole and has become the authority on great margaritas. With the Border boomin’ they were looking for a way to keep feeding the newsfeed with craveable content.

The challenge was to move the perception of the brand forward while featuring new menu items and specials in a creative way. Our team created a content strategy and calendar that targeted hungry folks with mouthwatering posts.

As we implemented a new strategy we knew we would need content that broke through the clutter and supported the brand’s position. By deep-diving into their audience behaviors, strategizing on content optimization and its delivery per platform, we began creating campaigns across their social media channels that made their fans’ tummies grumble resulting in an audience growth rate of 9.4% to date.
