Challenge
Velvet Taco has earned a reputation for serving unique, hand-crafted tacos that keep cravings in check. Hungry fans are willing to wait in lines stretching out the door to get their hands on a spicy chicken tikka, quesa birria, or Nashville hot tofu taco. So when the brand needed a new website, visual identity, and tone of voice, we knew we needed to serve up creative as exciting and memorable as the tacos themselves.
Solution
Dialing up the brand’s flavor began with working closely with the owners to craft a tone of voice that reflected the brand’s fun menu and personality. From there, photography and video production gave us the ingredients we needed to build a responsive site.
Each element of the website was developed to keep the user at the center of the experience, just like when customers visit in-store, A parallax effect, coupled with new photography and messaging, kept users engaged while capturing the Velvet Taco experience with simple navigation and one click ordering.
