Southwest Airlines has built a strong loyalty with Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers, but with Gen Z entering college and the workforce, the airline needed a new opportunity to deepen its connection with them.

Southwest became the Official Airline of the Southeastern Conference. We aimed to connect a new generation of passionate SEC fans to the Southwest brand in an authentic way all while laddering up to one core message: Flex Your Fandom.

Through multiple activations like SEC Nation Tour and the championship FanFare, the airline shared how low fares and flexible policies help fans flex more when flying.
