Challenge
From orchestrating a 15-hour masterpiece, reaching audiences across the country and communicating four mythical operas-in-concert, marketing Richard Wagner’s Ring Cycle presented challenges on multiple fronts.

Solution
We began with a visual identity that honored each story. Hero instruments took center stage, while color and natural elements brought themes of power, lust, war, and love to life. The helmet became our battle cry, adorning every touchpoint.




Once-In-a-lifetime Performance
Videos leveraged each opera’s music and a website immersed audiences in Wagner’s epic world. Digital and print ads connected with audiences, and a boxed set of programs even commemorated this once-in-a-lifetime event.
