CHALLENGE

Despite being a trusted name in sleep, Mattress Firm faced limited market share and relevance with younger consumers. So, when Summer House star and self-proclaimed “bedrotter” Paige DeSorbo gave Mattress Firm an organic shoutout on her Giggly Squad podcast, we jumped at the chance to connect with a younger audience.

SOLUTION

Working closely with Mattress Firm, we landed a Prezzz Day social partnership with DeSorbo. The simple Instagram carousel drove big results, so we continued the partnership with a two part engagement play. In a hilariously relatable reel, Paige read her follower’s top relationship “icks” and tied them to Mattress Firm’s “How Do You Sleep At Night” campaign.

Then, we closed the loop on the Giggly Squad podcast with sponsored segments and a video for Sleep Awareness Week—filmed in bed, of course.

DeSorbo’s followers were quick to praise the partnership as made-to-be, flooding the comments sections. With the authority DeSorbo had as queen of bedrotting, her endorsement carried weight. Fans started seeking out her same mattress model.

Mattress Firm also solidified itself as a relevant brand among Bravo’s devoted fans, paving the way for future influencer partnerships from the Bravosphere.
